You should be a Store Manager…It’s a Store Managers job to oversee the day-to-day operation of a store, ensuring the business runs smoothly and successfully meets budgetary demands and/or sales goals. I started out as a Sales Assistant, and worked my way up from there. It can be stressful, and it’s a big responsibility, but if you’re looking for a fast-paced and rewarding career, I’d definitely recommend a career in Retail Management. Get qualifiedIt is not a necessary requirement to have a degree to become a Store Manager. However, having some  qualifications specific to the indust ry will certainly help you stand out from the crowd.
